Shipping Policy
For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive at your shipping address.
For overseas orders, please check for the time frames listed below for your parcel to arrive at your shipping address.
Local Singapore Shipping
Local Singapore shipping (Courier delivery, 3-4 business days) is at a flat rate of $5.50.
Free local Singapore shipping (Courier delivery, 3-4 business days) is automatically applied to orders over $70.
Express delivery with orders arriving at your doorstep the next business day is available for $15. (Orders must be placed by 12 noon)
Shipping to Malaysia
Shipping to Malaysia is at a flat rate of S$15.
Free shipping to Malaysia is automatically applied to orders over S$150.
International Shipping
- We currently only ship to specific countries internationally. If unsure, please send us an email at hellomousesandbirds@gmail.com to enquire.
- International shipping cost per package is estimated to be between S$28-55, depending on country/region.
- Delivery time frames vary depending on country/region.
*International customers are responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully when placing your orders as we are not able to refund for change of mind.
We can exchange for size(s), subject to the availability of the replacement size(s). All return costs are to be paid by the customer, including the shipping fee of the new replacement piece(s).
Do drop us an email at hellomousesandbirds@gmail.com before shipping any pieces back. We will be able to respond to your request within 2-3 business days.
Each of our pieces are carefully checked before they are lovingly packed and shipped out to you. But in the unfortunate event that you do receive an item with defects, do reach out to us and we'll send you a replacement piece.
